Microsoft Products definition

Microsoft Products means any device or hardware manufactured or offered by or on behalf of Microsoft. You agree that Microsoft's Disclaimer of Warranty extends to all Microsoft Products identified in a Preload Addendum.
Microsoft Products means any Microsoft products or services; “Microsoft Terms” means the relevant Microsoft terms and conditions that apply to the Microsoft Products including any replacements or amendments. At the time of the publication the relevant terms are the Microsoft Cloud Agreement published at xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/partner- center/agreements and the Product Terms and Online Services Terms published at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The relevant terms and conditions and websites may change from time to time without notice. "Minimum Use" means, in relation to a Number, the minimum number of calls which must be made using such Number during the Initial Period or any subsequent period as set out in the Order;
Microsoft Products means any Online Service (including any Software).

More Definitions of Microsoft Products

Microsoft Products means any and all computer software products developed by or for Microsoft, including but not limited to MS-DOS, Windows, Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT, Chicago, Daytona and Cairo, in which Microsoft owns or has licensed the Intellectual Property Rights.
Microsoft Products means any past, present, or future Microsoft products or services, including without limitation, Microsoft software, Microsoft hardware, or Microsoft protocols. For the avoidance of doubt, Microsoft Products include, without limitation, any past, present, or future products or services (including without limitation, Microsoft software, Microsoft hardware, or Microsoft protocols) designed, branded, made, sold (or leased), offered for sale (or offered for lease), purchased, obtained, made available, exported, imported, supplied, licensed, distributed, hosted, used, streamed, exploited, encoded, decoded, or otherwise provided to, by or for Microsoft. For the avoidance of doubt, Microsoft products or services (including without limitation, Microsoft software, Microsoft hardware, or Microsoft protocols) remain “Microsoft Products” even if combined with any past, present, or future products or services, but only as to those portions of the combination consisting of Microsoft Products. For clarity, a patent, by itself, is an intellectual property right and not a product.
Microsoft Products means any current and future versions of Microsoft NetMeeting or Microsoft NetShow, including but not limited to system, application and developer versions regardless of how the versions are named, or regardless of whether such versions are marketed under a Microsoft trademark.
Microsoft Products means the Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure Services requested by the Customer to be provided by Interfuture as set out in the Order Form.
Microsoft Products means products and Microsoft Online Services identified in the Microsoft Product Terms that Microsoft offers under separate agreement, including previews, pre- release versions, updates, patches and bug fixes from Microsoft. Product availability may vary by region. The Microsoft Products include but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure services. “Microsoft Product” does not include Non-Microsoft Products;
Microsoft Products means the software and other products which Verisk licenses from Microsoft Corporation or any of its affiliates, and which Verisk sub-licenses or otherwise makes available to Client for use in connection with the Managed Services.
Microsoft Products means all computer software and other products which Sequel licenses from Microsoft Corporation, or any of its affiliates, and which Sequel sub-licenses or otherwise makes available to Client for use in connection with the Managed Service;
