Microbial Matter definition

Microbial Matter means the presence of fungi or bacterial matter which reproduces through the release of spores or the splitting of cells, including, but not limited to, mold, mildew and viruses, whether or not such Microbial Matter is living.
Microbial Matter means all hazardous fungi, bacterial or viral matter, including mold, mildew and viruses, whether or not such Microbial Matter is living. It is agreed and understood that the only representations and warranties made in this Agreement by the Company with respect to Environmental Laws and environmental matters are those set forth in this Section 4.17.
