Michigan Law definition

Michigan Law means all Natural Resource related statutes, rules, regulations and orders of the State of Michigan or any agency thereof.
Michigan Law means the Michigan Business Corporation Act.
Michigan Law means the Michigan Business Corporation Act of 1972, as amended.

Any decision reached by arbitration shall be binding upon both You and Us. The arbitration award may include attorney's fees if allowed by state law and may be entered as a judgment in any court of proper jurisdiction.
