Mezzanine Notes definition

Mezzanine Notes. The Class M-1 Notes and Class M-2 Notes.

Mezzanine Notes means collectively, the First Mezzanine Notes, the Second Mezzanine Notes, the Third Mezzanine Notes, the Fourth Mezzanine Notes, the Fifth Mezzanine Notes, the Sixth Mezzanine Notes, the Seventh Mezzanine Notes, the Eighth Mezzanine Notes, the Ninth Mezzanine Notes and any notes issued pursuant to any New Mezzanine Loan Agreement.

Mezzanine Notes means the Notes.

Mezzanine Notes means those six notes identified below evidencing six loans secured by certain partnership interests made to various borrowers by CMI and CM Mallers Building, Inc.

Mezzanine Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Security, Pledge and Collateral Assignment Agreement.

Mezzanine Notes means the First Mezzanine Note, Second Mezzanine Note, Third Mezzanine Note, and/or Fourth Mezzanine Note, or all such notes collectively, as the context may require.
