Mezzanine Loan Documents definition

Mezzanine Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Mezzanine Loan Agreement.
Mezzanine Loan Documents means all documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing the Mezzanine Loan, including without limitation, the Mezzanine Loan Agreement.

  • The Mezzanine Lender shall have the right to approve the annual operating budget of Borrower in accordance with the terms of the Mezzanine Loan Documents.

  • In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any of the Senior Loan Documents or the Mezzanine Loan Documents, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.

Mezzanine Loan Documents the Loan Documents as defined in the Mezzanine Loan Agreement or any other documentation evidencing any Mezzanine Loan Facility, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, extended, renewed, refinanced or replaced from time to time to the extent not prohibited by this Agreement.
Mezzanine Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Mezzanine Note, the Mezzanine Account Agreement, the Recourse Guaranty (Mezzanine), the Environmental Indemnity (Third Mezzanine) and the Pledge and any and all other agreements, instruments or documents executed by Mezzanine Borrower (or any of its Affiliates) evidencing, securing or delivered in connection with the Loan and the transactions contemplated thereby, including, without limitation, any certificates or representations delivered by or on behalf of Mezzanine Borrower, or any Affiliate of Mezzanine Borrower.
Mezzanine Loan Documents means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the Current Mezzanine Loan Documents and the New Mezzanine Loan Documents.
