Methodology Statement definition

Methodology Statement means the written methodology statement for the Work which Contractor, pursuant to the ITT, delivered to the Owner after receipt of the Notice of Award and which is shown in Schedule 14 hereto;
Methodology Statement means the description of the Services to be provided under this Contract including the frequency of individual duties as described by the Contractor and accepted by the Client.
