Metering Provider definition

Metering Provider means a person who is engaged by the responsible person where the responsible person is not the relevant metering provider who is registered by, and accredited with, NEMMCO as a metering provider.
Metering Provider means a person or business that meets the requirements of the National Electricity Rules and is accredited by and registered with the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO);
Metering Provider means a person or business that meets the requirements of the National Electricity Rules and is accredited by and registered as such with AEMO.

Metering Provider has the meaning given to that term in the Rules.
Metering Provider means the person responsible for the provision, installation and maintenance of a metering installation.

National Energy Retail Rules means the rules made pursuant to the National Energy Retail Law. National Market means the Australian wholesale electricity market operated under the National Electricity Rules.
