Metering Data definition

Metering Data means the information provided by a network operator to a current user under clause 160, to an incoming user under clause 161 and to AEMO under clause 162 for the applicable meter type.
Metering Data means the data obtained from a metering installation, processed data or substituted data.
Metering Data means, in respect of a Metering Point or Metering System: (a) any Meter Technical Details associated with that Metering Point or Metering System; and/or (b) data concerning the quantities of active energy and reactive energy (exported or imported) measured, collected or otherwise determined as having been conveyed across that Metering Point or Metering System.

Examples of Metering Data in a sentence

  • Any relevant metering installation must be installed by a Metering Provider, and data collected by an AEMO accredited Metering Data Provider (category MDP 1-4 or, in respect of Vic AMI meters, such category accredited by AEMO entitled to collect data for Vic AMI meters).

  • The Generator hereby directs the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees to comply with such direction, to provide Metering Data and payment in accordance with clauses 9 and 10 to the Generator's Agent.

  • If the Network User is the Provider and any relevant Metering Data is held by a third party Metering Equipment owner or operator, the Network User will procure access to the third party Metering Equipment owner or operator’s books and records for the benefit of the Distributor.

  • The Parties agree to remain bound by those Reconciliation Rules throughout the term of this Agreement and to comply with the Reconciliation Rules in respect of the Reconciliation of the Metering Data (unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this includes calculating the Triad Avoidance Benefits using the Metering Data provided by the Successful Bidder and invoicing the Successful Bidder for such amounts.


More Definitions of Metering Data

Metering Data means information recorded directly by Metering Equipment measuring the quantity of Electricity conveyed in accordance with the Reconciliation Rules during the period for which the information is required;
Metering Data means the amount of Energy recorded by the equipment and apparatus used to measure the kWh sold by the Generator to the Buyer under this Agreement at the Delivery Point;

Metering Data means the metering data (données de comptage) related to the Wind Farm's Power measured by the Distribution System Operator [or Transmission System Operator].
Metering Data means the quantity of gas which has been measured by the metering device and which has passed through the metering point;
Metering Data means the measure of quantity of LPG flow obtained from a metering installation;
