Metered Usage definition

Metered Usage means the actual amount of electricity (in kWh) used by the Accounts as determined by the Utility.
Metered Usage means your kilowatt-hour usage at the Accounts during the applicable billing period, as adjusted by the applicable line loss factor(s).
Metered Usage means, for Transaction Plan Customers, the cost of the total Transactions, Function Executions, and Persisted Data used by the Customer during the calendar month, and for Legacy Device Tier Customers, the cost of Messages, Function Executions, and Persisted Data used by the Customer during the calendar month.

  • In no event shall the disputed portion include a dispute for DSP Charges, Metered Usage or Taxes.

More Definitions of Metered Usage

Metered Usage shall be defined as the Metered Usage reported by the DSP as recorded by revenue grade power meters as defined in the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard C12.20-2010 Class 0.2. and is defined in Appendix A, Section 2.
Metered Usage shall be defined as the metered usage as provided by the DSP. “Total Usage” shall be defined as the metered usage plus the applicable transmission and distribution losses plus unaccounted for energy (“UFE”) as published by the entity entrusted with transporting energy in the form of electrical power on a state or regional level using fixed infrastructure (e.g. ERCOT, PJM) (the “Transmission Operator”) and DSP. Seller may use estimated Metered Usage if measurements of usage are not received timely from the DSP, in which case Seller will indicate that an estimate was used and will make appropriate adjustments upon receipt of definitive data verifying Metered Usage.
Metered Usage means your kilowatt-hour usage at the Accounts during the applicable billing period, as adjusted by the applicable line loss factor(s). “Notice Period” means the 10 day period following written notice from one party to the other party informing the other party of any amounts due under this Agreement.
Metered Usage means for billing purposes, a customer’s actual gas use in cubic feet will be converted to therms.

Related to Metered Usage

  • Unmetered Load means electricity consumed on the Network that is not directly recorded using Metering Equipment, but is calculated or estimated in accordance with the Code;

  • Metered Energy means the quantity of electric energy, expressed in kWh, as measured by (i) the CAISO-Approved Meter(s), which quantity will be adjusted so as not to include compensation factors, if any, introduced by the CAISO into the CAISO-Approved Meter(s) other than (x) electric energy consumed within the generator collection system as losses between the generator(s) and the high voltage side of the Generating Facility output transformer(s) and, (y) if applicable, the Generating Facility’s radial line losses, or (ii) Check Meters, as applicable, in each case for the specified Metering Interval.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Parking Spaces means spaces in or portions of the ground floor of the new building and also spaces in the open compound at the ground level of the premises for parking of motor cars, two wheelers and other vehicles permitted by the vendor.

Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).
