Metered Amounts definition

Metered Amounts means the quantity of electric energy, expressed in kWh, as recorded by (i) the CAISO-Approved Meter(s), which quantity may include compensation factors introduced by the CAISO into the CAISO-Approved Meter(s), or (ii) Check Meter(s), as applicable.
Metered Amounts means the electric energy produced by the Generating Facility and expressed in MWh, as recorded by the CAISO Approved Meter(s), or Check Meter(s), as applicable, adjusted for losses to the Delivery Point and further adjusted to remove DLF’s.
Metered Amounts means the electric energy produced by the Generating Facility and expressed in kWh, as measured by a mutually approved meter.

Examples of Metered Amounts in a sentence

  • Seller shall convey title to and risk of loss of all Metered Amounts to SCE at the Delivery Point.

  • SCE shall pay or cause to be paid all Governmental Charges on or with respect to the Metered Amounts at and from the Delivery Point.

  • Seller shall dedicate and convey the entire Metered Amounts throughout the Delivery Term to SCE.

  • Seller shall provide Notice to SCE within one (1) Business Day after termination of, or cessation of service under, any agreement necessary to deliver Product to SCE at the Delivery Point or to meter the Metered Amounts.

More Definitions of Metered Amounts

Metered Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.07 of Attachment 1. “Monthly Supply Plan” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Metered Amounts means the electric energy produced by the Generating Facility and expressed in kWh that qualifies as eligible renewable energy for purposes of the RPS Legislation pursuant to CEC Certification and Verification, subject to a change in the RPS Legislation, as measured by the ISO Approved Meter.
Metered Amounts means the electric energy generated by the Generating Facility(ies) in the Project as recorded by the Metering Systems, subject to the limitations in Sections 3.03(a)-(b) of this Attachment 1, but excluding [(i) any electric energy generated by a Generating Facility that exceeds the coincident instantaneous energy demand measured at the Customer(s)’ Site(s) (whether that load is served by the Generating Facility(ies), SCE, or a combination of the two),] {SCE Note: Language only applicable to projects that are non-exporting.} (ii) any energy used in charging an energy storage device, and (iii) any Unrelated Energy Discharge.
Metered Amounts means the electric energy discharged by the Storage Unit(s) in the Project during the Settlement Interval at the Customer(s)’ Site(s), expressed in kWh, as recorded by the Metering Systems, subject to the limitations in Sections 3.03(a)-(b) of this Attachment 1 but excluding any Unrelated Energy Discharge. 3.03 Excess Deliveries.
