Meter Set definition

Meter Set means an assembly of metering and ancillary equipment, including Heat Exchangers, that measure the amount of Energy consumed by a Customer;
Meter Set means an assembly of metering and ancillary equipment that measure the amount of Energy consumed by a Customer;
Meter Set means the parts, material, and labor necessary to install a meter. The meter set assembly is owned, installed, and maintained by the utility. The meter set does not include any components of the service connection required to provide unmetered service.

  • The amount of Gas registered by the Meter Set during each billing period will be converted to Gigajoules in accordance with the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act (EGI Act) and rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a Gigajoule.

  • If FortisBC Energy approves the Customer’s application, the Customer will be charged the value for all plant abandoned except for Meter Sets that are removed to facilitate Meter Set consolidations.

  • Locate the Isolation Valve on the houseline riser at the utility gas Meter Set Assembly (MSA).

  • The amount of Energy registered by the Meter Set during each billing period will be converted to megawatt hours and rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a megawatt hour.

  • Where an approved location is not available inside the building, the meter must be located in a meter manhole or pit at or near the property line, and the cost, ownership and maintenance of the meter manhole or pit structure and the piping from the outlet of the Meter Set is the responsibility of the Customer, except where the BWL has retained ownership.

Related to Meter Set

  • Meter means, unless otherwise qualified, a device that measures and registers the integral of an electrical quantity with respect to time.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Metering Date for a Billing Period, means the midnight of the last Day of the calendar month.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Operating parameter value means a minimum or maximum value established for a control device or process parameter that, if achieved by itself or in combination with one (1) or more other operating parameter values, determines that an owner or operator has complied with an applicable emission limit.

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled. Energy Storage Resource:

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Building Energy Benchmarking means the process of measuring a building’s Energy use, tracking that use over time, and comparing performance to similar buildings.

  • Cooling curve means the graphical relationship between heat units stored and cooling time.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.
