Messenger definition

Messenger means the Insured or a partner of the Insured or any Employee who is duly authorized by the Insured to have the care and custody of the insured property outside the Premises.
Messenger means an Employee while in possession of the Insured’s Property away from the Insured’s or Investment Adviser’s premises and any other natural person acting as custodian of the Property during an emergency arising from the incapacity of the original Employee.
Messenger means you, any of your partners or any "employee" while having care and custody of the property outside the "premises."
