Messaging Service definition

Messaging Service means SpryPoint’s alerts, notifications, communications, campaigns & messaging capabilities provided with the Service.
Messaging Service means the products and services that are ordered by Customer under an Order Form and includes both (a) the platform services, including access to any application programming interface (“Twilio API”) and (b) where applicable, connectivity services, that link the Services to the telecommunication providers’ networks via the Internet.
Messaging Service as defined in the Messaging Service Ordering Agreement shall additionally include, and applicable references to Messaging Service in the Messaging Service Ordering Agreement shall therefore extend to the WhatsApp Business Solution made available through Twilio to the extent utilized by Customer, except to the extent the WhatsApp Business Solution is distinguished from the Messaging Service herein.

  • Each Party agrees that, at a minimum, it has implemented the Direct Specifications and currently offers a Direct Messaging Service to its Users.

  • If access to the Party’s Direct Messaging Service is permitted through a mobile device, then such Party will require its respective Users to only access the Party’s Direct Messaging Service through mobile devices that have appropriate security protections as determined by the Party based on the functionality and capability of the Party’s Direct Messaging Service.

  • Customers who have access to Beobank Online for professional purposes through the "Management of Representatives" function, may grant access to the Messaging Service to one or more of their registered representatives.

Messaging Service means the patient messaging service more fully described in Schedule 1; Patient means a Customer of the pharmacy who has completed and signed a copy of the consent form; Patient Database means the database forming part of the Cegedim Rx System containing patient details, as updated by each pharmacy from time to time; Patient Details means the demographic information about the patient, including their preferences relating to the way the services are delivered, held by the pharmacies on behalf of the Customer and/or collected from the patient’s consent form and/or from information provided by the patient in telephone calls to the Customer service line; Patient Leaflet means the explanatory information provided to the customer by the Supplier for provision to the patient. Pharmacies means the pharmacies owned by the Customer to which the services are provided as listed in Schedule 1 Part 1 and “Pharmacy” shall be construed accordingly; Services means the services provided by the supplier to the Customer, including the messaging service, as described in Schedule 1 Part 3; Service Package means a bundle of messages for which a fee is charged, as detailed in Schedule 1 Part 2; Supplier means Cegedim Rx Ltd, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx XX00 0XX; Term means subject to the provisions of Schedule 1 and clause 9 of these terms and conditions, 1 year from the commencement date (“Initial Term”) plus a further period until this agreement is terminated by either party giving the other at least 12 months notice of termination, such notice to expire on the expiry of the initial term or at the expiry of any subsequent anniversary of the initial term; VAT means value added tax chargeable under English law for the time being and any similar additional tax; Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the banks are open for business in the city of London.
Messaging Service means a mean of communication for Files and Messages sent or appearing to have been sent using a managed messaging services network operated and administered by a third party provider, such as, but not limited to, XXXXX’s Standardised Corporate Environment Service, SCORE.
Messaging Service means the electronic delivery/messaging service to be offered by UPS and/or any of its Affiliates and Authorized Shipping Outlets, for the electronic delivery (and related transaction attestation services) of digital representations, including without limitation, textual messages, photographic images, audio, video, graphics, computer software and/or other information or content.
