Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to act for the candidate as provided in this chapter.
Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions
Boards means the Virginia Board of Medicine and the Virginia Board of Nursing.

Health Board means a Health Board or Special Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Xxx 0000;
Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;
Authorized committee means the political committee authorized

Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.
Supervisory Board means the individual or group of individuals that
Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);
JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
External Directors means directors appointed and serving in accordance with Sections 239 through 249 of the Companies Law.
Discipline Committee means the Discipline Committee of the College, and includes a panel of the Discipline Committee;
Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;
Chairman of the Board means the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation.
Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.
CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program. A committee may be “joint,” i.e., composed of an equal number of representatives of the employer(s) and of the employees represented by a bona fide collective bargaining agent(s), and is established to conduct, operate, or administer an apprenticeship program and enter into apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.
Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).
