Meridian Business definition

Meridian Business means (i) the Capital Stock of Meridian and its Subsidiaries or (ii) all or substantially all of the assets of Meridian and its Subsidiaries.
Meridian Business shall have the meaning given them in the first Whereas paragraph.

  • To Meridian's knowledge, Meridian has obtained all Private Authorizations (other than those with respect to the New Sites) with respect to the ownership or operation of the Meridian Assets or the conduct of the Meridian Business as currently conducted which, if not obtained and maintained, could, individually or in the aggregate, Materially Adversely Affect Meridian.

  • ATS shall use its reasonable business efforts to collect the Accounts Receivable with respect to the Meridian Business for a period of ninety (90) days after the Closing Date (the "Collection Period").
