Merger Agreements definition

Merger Agreements means (i) those certain Plans and Agreements of Merger dated July 3, 2002 by and between Columbus (WTTE-TV), Inc. (a subsidiary of Xxxxxxxxxx) and Baltimore (WNUV-TV), Inc. (a subsidiary of Xxxxxxxxxx) and the Holding Company and (ii) that certain Plan and Agreement of Merger dated November 15, 1999, by and among Glencairn, Ltd.
