Merchant Facility definition

Merchant Facility means any service and/or facility ANZ makes available to the Borrower under a letter of offer issued by ANZ Merchant Services, including at a future time;
Merchant Facility means the Suncorp EFTPOS, Suncorp Mobile EFTPOS, Suncorp Integrated POS and any other equipment as provided by Us or a third party in relation to this Merchant Contract, for processing Transactions.
Merchant Facility means the software and any other equipment as provided by Us, or any third party, in relation to the Suncorp Virtual POS Contract to facilitate online Credit Card payments to a Merchant.
