  • You shall not acquire any Intellectual Property Rights in any Merchant Data Account, any Data, or Data Reports that we make available to you under this Contract.

  • Where My Business Dashboard is made available to you, the definition of Merchant Data Account in this Agreement shall include My Business Dashboard, such that the terms and conditions that apply to the Merchant Data Account shall apply equally to My Business Dashboard or such similar or replacement product made available to you from time to time, and any of our obligations in respect of the Merchant Data Account may be fulfilled by providing you with My Business Dashboard.

  • Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, you must not copy, download, disclose or make available to any third party any Data from your Merchant Data Account or the Documentation in whole or in part.

  • Where My Business Dashboard is provided to you, the definition of Merchant Data Account in this Agreement shall include My Business Dashboard, such that the terms and conditions that apply to the Merchant Data Account shall apply equally to My Business Dashboard or such similar or replacement product provided to you from time to time, and any of our obligations in respect of the Merchant Data Account may be fulfilled by providing you with My Business Dashboard.

  • You should notify us immediately if you suspect that there may be or has been an unauthorised use of the Access Codes or of any other confidential material or information used in the provision of your Merchant Data Account.

  • We do not warrant that the Data available via your Merchant Data Account is accurate, up-to-date, reliable or error-free.

  • You are responsible for all losses resulting from any unauthorised activity in connection with your Merchant Data Account (including use of Access Codes and Terminals).

  • We will use reasonable endeavours to prevent unauthorised use of your Merchant Data Account upon receiving such notification.

  • In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings (unless the context otherwise requires): Access Code: each personal identification number and/or password that is necessary to enable you to access or use your Merchant Data Account and/or any Services.

  • The Data available via your Merchant Data Account is supplied to you on an “as is” basis for your information only.

Related to Merchant Data Account

  • Merchant Account means an account used to submit credit card or debit card transactions or process credit card or debit card transactions.

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Cardholder Account is the account of a Cardholder as represented by a Card.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Computer data base means a collection of data recorded in a form capable of being processed by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.

  • Accounts means all presently existing and hereafter arising accounts, contract rights, payment intangibles and all other forms of obligations owing to Borrower arising out of the sale or lease of goods (including, without limitation, the licensing of software and other technology) or the rendering of services by Borrower and any and all credit insurance, guaranties, and other security therefor, as well as all merchandise returned to or reclaimed by Borrower and Borrower’s Books relating to any of the foregoing.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Customer Deposits means at any time, the aggregate amount at such time of (a) deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services and (b) layaway obligations of the Borrowers.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
