Merchant Agreement definition

Merchant Agreement means a writ- ten contract between a merchant and an acquirer to honor or accept credit cards, or to transmit or process for payment credit card payments, for the purchase of goods or services or a char- itable contribution.
Merchant Agreement means any contract entered into with a merchant relating to the provision of Merchant Services.
Merchant Agreement means the agreement between Customer and Persolvent that provides for the Merchant Fees.

  • Paynovate may, in its sole discretion, modify the fees set forth in the Merchant Agreement from time to time, including by providing any escalation thereof.
