Mentoring Services definition

Mentoring Services means a service that provides support to Clients by building a 21 structured and trusting relationship over a prolonged period of time between a Client and a mentor. The 22 mentor is a peer or older individual who provides one-to-one contact and support in the following areas 23 to assist Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s): consistent support, guidance, and coaching in life skills; 24 concrete help and/or other relationship-building activities to the Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s); and 25 linking the Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s) to other services within the COUNTY.

Mentoring Services are the services designated as such in the SOW that are not Consulting Services, in particular training and consultancy. With respect to Mentoring Services, ANSYS guarantees the performance of the agreed services, but not the achievement of certain results.

Mentoring Services means non-clinical interventions provided to a client by a screened and 8 trained mentor, in conjunction with the therapeutic services being received, to help the client reach a 9 treatment goal, become independent and self-sufficient. The mentor is a peer or older, more 10 experienced individual who provides one-to-one contact and support in the following areas to assist 11 Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s): consistent support, guidance, and coaching in life skills, concrete help 12 and/or other relationship-building activities, and linking the Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s) to other 13 services within the County.

• To the extent that Company is purchasing Training or Packaged Services under this Order Form, the Mentoring Services Schedule must be completed prior to signature of this Order Form and attached hereto.
