Mental Health Plan definition

Mental Health Plan means a mental health plan that contracts with the State Department of Mental Health to furnish or arrange for the provision of mental health services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries pursuant to Part 2.5 (commencing with Section 5775) of Division 5.
Mental Health Plan means a prepaid mental health plan or a health plan that uses a fee-for-service payment model that contracts with the state's Medicaid program for behavioral health services.
Mental Health Plan. (MHP) means an entity that enters into a contract with the Department to provide directly or arrange and pay for specialty mental health services to beneficiaries in a county as provided in this Chapter.
