Memorandum of Trust definition

Memorandum of Trust means each Memorandum of [C] Trust Indenture and Security Agreement and [C] Trust Indenture Supplement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Indenture covering the Items of Equipment referenced therein, and any amendment or other modification thereto, including any modification or substitution therefor required by any Applicable Law.

  • In the event there is delivered to the Trustee for execution an Indenture Supplement or a Memorandum of Trust, as contemplated by Section 9.11, 9.13 or 9.14, the Trustee agrees, subject to Section 8.02, for the benefit of the holders of the Equipment Notes and the Company, to execute and deliver such Indenture Supplement or Memorandum of Trust, as the case may be.

  • Memorandum of Agreement means the agreement executed by and between FFA and the Institution in which these Conditions have been incorporated by reference;

  • Articles of Amendment means the Articles of Amendment relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Use Agreement means a written agreement between a primary licensee and a Type S applicant or licensee that specifies the designated area of the Type S licensee, the days and hours in which the Type S licensee is assigned to use the common-use area, any allocation of responsibility for compliance pursuant to Section 40196, and an acknowledgement that the Type S licensee has sole and exclusive use of the common- use area during the Type S licensee’s assigned time period.

  • Supplementary Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Seventh Schedule;

  • Operating Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Articles of Organization means the original documents filed to organize a limited liability company, as amended or restated by certificates of correction, amendment, or merger, by restated articles, or by other instruments filed or issued under any statute.

  • Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
