Membership Types definition

Membership Types means the membership types set out in the Personal Particulars, and include each of the following:

Membership Types means any one of the types of Memberships authorized by the Association from time to time which, in each case, includes use rights to occupy Units within the Projects, which use rights are evidenced by a predetermined fixed number of Points, which Points such Members are permitted to redeem during each Use Term for room/nights of stay in an Assigned Unit, together with use of the Common Facilities at any Project during each Use Period, according to the Point Valuation Schedule as administered pursuant to the Rules and Regulations. There is initially one type of Membership, which is a perpetual right-to-use Membership that carries the right to Basic Use (with a 12 month advance reservation window) and Bonus Use. The Association reserves the right to create additional Membership Types in the future, including those that may be coupled with an interest in real property.

Examples of Membership Types in a sentence

  • Certain Membership Types may have restricted access times, refer to the price list (available at your Home Club’s Reception) to see which of these apply.

  • For all Membership Types, other than Community Membership, CSI charges a one time, non- refundable fee of $100+HST, payable when this Agreement is signed.

Related to Membership Types

  • membership dues means the dues established pursuant to the constitution of the Association as the dues payable by employees as a consequence of their membership in the Association and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium or special levy (« cotisations » ou « retenues syndicales »);

  • Membership Card means a card issued by the Club to indicate membership of a Membership Scheme.

  • Membership service means service as an employee rendered while a contributing member of the

  • Membership means the definition of that term under section 6 as in effect for the particular fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.

  • Membership Interests has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring filling with liquid and generating hydrogen gas that is released to the atmosphere.

  • Lawfully admitted for permanent residence means the status of having been lawfully accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws, such status not having changed.

  • Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Modular home means a modular unit as defined in Section 15A-1-302.

  • Membership Interest means a Member’s entire interest in the Company including such Member’s right to receive allocations and distributions pursuant to this Agreement and the right to participate in the management of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with this Agreement, including the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision or action of or by the Members granted pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the Development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Bidder from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means: -

  • Nonattainment area means an area so designated by the administrator, acting pursuant to Section 107 of the Act.

  • Component part means covered item as listed on the “What Items are Covered?” page.

  • Partnership at will means a partnership in which the partners have not agreed to remain partners until the expiration of a definite term or the completion of a particular undertaking.
