Membership Terms definition

Membership Terms or “the Terms” the terms of membership of the Co-operative as set out herein as they may be amended from time to time;

Membership Terms as used in this AOD shall mean: (a) the fact that the consumer will be enrolled in a Membership Program; (b) the existence, amount, and frequency of a Recurring Charge or any fee required to join or participate in the Membership Program; (c) the deadline by which a consumer may choose to Skip, if applicable; and (d) the consumer’s right to cancel his or her enrollment in the Membership Program.

Membership Terms means this document and the terms and conditions contained in this document.

Examples of Membership Terms in a sentence

• Members may select from Membership Terms offered at the time of enrollment.

• In the Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below: Agreement: means the contract formed between the Parties by the Member’s acceptance of the Membership Terms and Conditions.

• Members are encouraged to read any revised Membership Terms of Service.

• You must read these terms and conditions in conjunction with the Membership Terms and Conditions and Rental Terms and Conditions carefully before first quoting your Membership Number to Avis or an Avis Licensee.

Membership Terms means (in relation to each Scheme) the Application Form applicable to such Scheme, the Specific Scheme Membership Terms applicable to such Scheme, these Terms and any other terms expressly agreed between the parties and forming part of the Agreement;
