Membership Term definition

Membership Term means the period during which you hold your Membership being the period from the Commencement Date until the Expiry Date (or earlier if your Membership is cancelled in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions).

• Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment.

More Definitions of Membership Term

Membership Term refers to the full membership time period covered by this Agreement.

Membership Term means the period of your membership which is stated in this membership agreement. Minimum Term means the minimum term commitment for either an ongoing membership (see clause 6.3(a)) or a flexible membership (see 6.4(a)). Minimum Term End Date is defined in clause 6.3. This membership agreement means the agreement between you and us which arises when you submit your application for membership, and includes your membership details and these Terms. Your membership details are the details about your membership that we send to you after you submit your application for membership. we, us means your Fernwood Home Club. you, your means the person who is specified as the member in your membership details.

Membership Term means the one-year period commencing on the Membership Commencement Date (or each anniversary thereof upon Renewal of a Membership) and ending the day before the next anniversary of the Membership Commencement Date.
