Membership Plan means Elevation Travel Membership and any and all successor organizations or assignee organizations which may continue to convey Membership Plan Benefits to Members.

Membership Plan means the Verandah Club Amended and Restated Membership Plan, as may be amended and modified from time to time, which sets forth the categories of memberships available at the Club and the privileges associated with each such membership category.
