Membership Interest Assignment definition

Membership Interest Assignment means that certain Third Amended and Restated Assignment of Membership Interests as Collateral dated of even date herewith, entered into by the Primary Operating Company and certain of the other VSE Entities in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders ratably, as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.

Membership Interest Assignment means that certain Second Amended and Restated Collateral Assignment of Membership Interests dated as of the Restatement Date, entered into by certain “Borrower” parties thereto in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders ratably, as the same may be modified or amended from time to time.

Membership Interest Assignment means the Membership Interest Assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit D.

Membership Interest Assignment means an assignment substantially in the form of Exhibit D.
