Membership Benefits definition

Membership Benefits means in respect of each Membership Scheme, the benefits to which a Member of that Membership Scheme is entitled, as set out Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4 of these Membership T&Cs;
Membership Benefits means the benefits accorded to a Member in relation to its Membership.
Membership Benefits means the benefits and services selected in the RFP.

  • The Employer agrees to provide payroll deductions for DTU Membership Benefits.

  • Each Member is entitled to receive the Membership Benefits (“Services”) as set forth in the Membership Kit or Membership Website including access to Services provided by participating third party providers (“Provider(s)”).

More Definitions of Membership Benefits

Membership Benefits means the benefits provided by The Institute to the membership of The Institute without further charge as set out in the literature provided with these Regulations or in other literature (including The Institute’s website and electronic communications with the membership of The Institute) published by The Institute from time to time.
Membership Benefits means the benefits accorded to you in relation to your Membership.
Membership Benefits means all facilities and services advertised and/or made available to a Member (and, where applicable, Members’ guests) as detailed within these Terms and Conditions and the Club Rules.
Membership Benefits means the benefits set out in Part One (Scratch and Dent Assist Membership Agreement); Membership Fee – means the payment you make in respect of your Membership for your Nominated Vehicle during the relevant Term of the Membership Program, which may be on you first joining a Membership Program and/or on renewal of your Membership for a further Term; Membership Program – means a program comprising of a range of repair services, including any features or benefits designated as being available for your Nominated Vehicle, subject to all terms and conditions in this booklet and any additional rules, conditions or constraints that may be set out in the Membership Program Schedule issued to you; Membership Program Schedule – means the schedule to your Membership Program settling out the particular details of your Membership; Minor Cosmetic Repair– means the repairs available under a particular Membership Program which may include the following or additional or alternative repairs as specified by MDR from time to time where each service described below relates to an individual repair: Minor Cosmetic Repairs Table
Membership Benefits means the benefits which may be offered to Members from time to time, as displayed on the Club’s website.
Membership Benefits means the benefits defined in clause 4.
Membership Benefits means those benefits described in this Policy, the Schedule of Benefits and Summary Plan Description, which become applicable to an Enrollee, as evidenced by the records of DDMO, subject to the limitations, exclusions and other terms and conditions in this Policy, the Schedule of Benefits and Summary Plan Description. The Membership Benefits shall, in any case, be the ones for which dues or service charges are being charged and remitted at the time Dental Care is provided hereunder.
