Members or Member means those governmental employers listed on Exhibit A and any other governmental employer that becomes a participating Member under this Trust pursuant to Article VIII, below.

  • Words and phrases in this Agreement shall be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine, feminine or neutral gender, according to the context, including all references to "Directors" or "Director" or to "Members" or "Member" during any period of time that the Company only has, respectively, one Director or one Member.

  • Except as otherwise provided by these Bylaws or the Board, the Cooperative may transfer, disclose, distribute, or otherwise dispose of all or part of the Membership List or a similar list or record of Members or Member information.

  • Members or Member Firms must have majority ownership interest in any broker association.

  • A member of a broker association shall not handle or execute an order unless that association has registered with the Exchange.2.   • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.

  • Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
