Members of the Executive Board definition

Members of the Executive Board means the members of the management body in its management function.
Members of the Executive Board means the President and the Vice-President of the ECB and the other members appointed to the Executive Board of the ECB in accordance with Article 109a (2) (b), and Article 109l (1) of the Treaty and Articles 11 and 50 of the ESCB Statute.
