Members Meetings definition

Members Meetings means a meeting of the Members;“Model Election Rules”shall have the meaning given to them in paragraph 11. 2 of this Constitution;"Monitor" means the body corporate known as Monitor, as provided by Section 61 of the 2012 Act;"NHS Constitution"means:(a) the document entitled "The NHS Constitution" published by the Secretary of State on 21 January 2009; or(b) any revised version of that document published under sections 3 or 4 of the Health Act 2009;“NHS Foundation Trust Code of Governance”means the Code of Governance published by Monitor on the 10 March 2010 or such similar or further guidance asNHSI (Monitor) may publish from time to time;

More Definitions of Members Meetings

Members Meetings refer to the regular and special meetings of the Members. The Members Meeting is the decision-making body of the Working Group, determining the essential issues as provided in the Constitution, the Member Agreement and the Bylaws. All the Members may attend the Members Meeting and express their opinions, and may vote for a resolution of the Members Meeting.

Members Meetings means the Annual Meeting and Special Meetings;
