Examples of Member State of origin in a sentence
Where the judgment was given in Ireland or the United Kingdom, any form of appeal available in the Member State of origin shall be treated as an ordinary appeal for the purposes of paragraph 1.
The jurisdiction of the court of the Member State of origin may not be reviewed.
In such case the tests must be limited to subjects, essential for human health and animal health protection in the Member States of employment, but not covered by the tests in the Member State of origin.
