Member Representatives definition

Member Representatives means persons appointed to the board for the purpose of representing members of the scheme and any connected scheme.
Member Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 12.12.
Member Representatives means persons appointed to the Committee on behalf of members of the respective schemes.

Examples of Member Representatives in a sentence

  • The Corporation shall have an Advisory Board, the members of which shall be the Member Representatives.

  • The Corporation shall have a Nominating Committee, the members of which shall be the Member Representatives.

More Definitions of Member Representatives

Member Representatives means the individuals designated to serve on the Governance Board of the Company in accordance with Article VI of this LLC Agreement.
