Member Representative definition

Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.

Member Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Member Representative is defined in Section 7.7.

Examples of Member Representative in a sentence

• If the member is a Group Member Representative, then the relevant Group Member shall be treated as having waived the untimely or insufficient notice to the same extent.

• The Member or Dealer or Member Representative has twenty working days from service of the Disciplinary Notice in which to serve a statement of defence ("the Defence") responding to all or any of the allegations, stating its intended pleas and what admissions of fact, if any, it makes.
