Member of Service definition

Member of Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity to a post in the Service under the provisions of these Rules or under the Rules or orders superseded by these Rules and includes a person who is placed on probation.
Member of Service means, a person, who has been appointed to that service and who has not retired or resigned, been removed or dismissed, or been discharged otherwise than for want of a vacancy. He may be a probationer, an approved probationer or a full member of that service.
Member of Service means a person appointed to a post in the service under the provisions to these regulations;

Member of Service means a person appointed to a post in the Service on the basis of regular selection under provisions of these Regulations, or Regulations or Orders superseded by these Regulations.
