Member Libraries definition

Member Libraries are libraries that have signed this Contract. “Member Library” denotes a single library or library system. See Attachment A, list of MSC members as of the date of this contract. MONTANA LIBRARY—A “Montana Library” is any library with an entry in the Montana Library Directory.
Member Libraries means the libraries of the qualified entities (as defined in IC 20-14-8-1 [IC 20-14 was repealed by P.L.1-2005, SECTION 240, effective July 1, 2005.]) that have adopted the joint agreement of the Indiana cooperative library services authority.
Member Libraries means the libraries of the qualified entities (as defined in IC 20-14-8-1) that have adopted the joint agreement of an area library services authority or the Indiana cooperative library services authority.

Member Libraries means the public libraries in the library system’s service area chartered by the Board of Regents of the State of New York to provide public library service to the residents of their chartered service areas within Onondaga County (and associated school districts for a school district library).
