Member Equity definition

Member Equity means the value of all cash, investments, real estate, accounts receivable and real property held at the end of a fiscal year in excess of expenses.
Member Equity means the equity interests of each Member in the Cooperative that are determined and fixed in the proportion that the patronage of each Member bears to the total patronage of all Members and may include memberships, written notices of allocation, or other similar equity interests authorized by the Board of Directors from time to time.
