Member county definition

Member county means a county located within the taxing boundaries of the District which includes Nassau, Duval, St. Johns, Flagler, Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
Member county means any county which, through the membership of its supervisors in CSAC, has executed this Agreement and become a member of the Authority. "Member county" shall also include those entities or other bodies set forth in Article 3 (c).
