Member Community means any county, township, city or village receiving wastewater services from the GLWA.

  • The Member Community may not assign or subcontract its rights or duties under this Agreement, in whole in part, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior consent of the District.

  • In the event that the District determines a violation of this section has occurred, the District shall notify the Member Community in writing.

Related to Member Community

  • School Community means all parents, students and staff of the school and all other persons who have a legitimate interest in or connection with the school.
