Member bank definition

Member bank means a national bank, state bank, or trust company which is a member of the United States federal reserve system.
Member bank means a member of VISA®, MasterCard® and/or Other Networks, as applicable, that provides sponsorship services in connection with this Agreement.

  • Any payments made to the Executive pursuant to this Agreement, or otherwise, by Iroquois or a Member Bank, are subject to and conditioned upon compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations as may be applicable at the time to Iroquois, the Member Bank or any other affiliate for which the Executive has been assigned direct duties or responsibilities, including without limitation, Section 18(k) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
