Examples of Member B in a sentence

  • For example, if Member A has failed to bring a national measure into conformity with the TRIPS provisions on patents, the affected Member B will be authorized, on the conditions laid down in Article 22:2 DSU, to equally disregard its TRIPS patent obligations with respect to na- tionals from Member A.

  • Such mediator shall (A) be independent of the Manager and the DW Member, (B) not have been engaged by the DW Member, the Manager or any of their respective Affiliates within the last three (3) years, and (C) have at least ten (10) years of work or professional experience in the area of expertise relevant to the subject matter of the dispute.
