Meetings of Committee. The Committee shall meet once a month, at a mutually agreeable time or as otherwise agreed. Committee members shall receive a notice and agenda of the at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Members of the Committee shall be given time off Without loss of pay to attend the scheduled meetings. The Employer shall, at its cost, provide the meeting space.
