Meeting Services definition

Meeting Services includes three types of meetings
Meeting Services means uses of the Theatres other than Digital Programming Services which may or may not be dependent on the electronic distribution of digital programming content, such as business meetings and educational/training meetings.
Meeting Services has the meaning assigned to it in Part C of Exhibit A.

Examples of Meeting Services in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that it may not be commercially reasonable to equip each Acquisition Theatre to receive the Digital Content Service and the Digital Programming Services and Meeting Services via the Digital Content Network.

  • The term of this Agreement with respect to Meeting Services shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue through December 31, 2011 (the “Initial Meeting Services Term”).

  • Any Aggregate Advertising Revenue, revenue related to Event Sponsorship, revenue related to Digital Programming Services or revenue related to Meeting Services that LLC receives in the form of non-cash consideration shall be valued as revenue in accordance with GAAP.

  • When sourcing digital content programming for Digital Programming Services and Meeting Services, LLC agrees to exercise commercially reasonable efforts to source content from a variety of providers.

  • The provisions in Exhibit B-1 identify the availability of Theatres for Meeting Services on a pre-approved basis.

  • On the Effective Date, LLC will make available to Digitized Theatres all Digital Programming Services and Meeting Services as set forth in Article 6.

  • To the extent such Projection System has not become Digital Cinema Equipment in accordance with Section 3.06, LLC shall be responsible for providing such 3D Digital Programming Services and 3D Meeting Services in a form and format to be reasonably requested by FM.

Meeting Services has the meaning assigned to it in the AMC ESA.

Related to Meeting Services

  • Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;
