Meeting Order definition

Meeting Order means the Order issued under the CCAA that, among other things, sets the date for the Meeting, as same may be amended, restated or varied from time to time.
Meeting Order means the Order of the Court dated February 1, 2018 in connection with the CCAA Proceedings;
Meeting Order means an Order to be sought establishing the Classes for the purposes of this Plan and for voting purposes, and directing the calling and holding of the Meeting, as such Order may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Affected Unsecured Creditors shall be entitled to prove their respective Affected Claims, vote their Voting Claims in respect of the CCAA Plan, and if their Claims become Proven Claims receive the distributions provided for, under and pursuant to the Claims Procedure #10517867 v42 Orders, the Cross-border Claims Protocol, the Cross-border Voting Protocol, the Creditors' Meeting Order and this CCAA Plan.


More Definitions of Meeting Order

Meeting Order means the Order to be made by the Court under and pursuant to the CCAA that, among other things, establishes procedures for the Creditors’ Meeting, as same may be amended, restated or varied from time to time;
