Meeting of the Signatories means the Meeting of the Signatories in accordance with Section 6 of the MOU.

  • The first Meeting of the Signatories should establish an Advisory Committee, comprising persons qualified as experts in migratory shark conservation science and management.

  • Endeavour to provide to the Secretariat a regular national report on the implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding and the Conservation Plan, the frequency and timing of which should be determined at the first Meeting of the Signatories.

  • A fund may be established to meet expenses related to the participation of developing countries at sessions of the Meeting of the Signatories, the Advisory Committee or any other meeting which may be called upon by Signatories through its governing body.

Related to Meeting of the Signatories

  • meeting of shareholders means an annual meeting of shareholders or a special meeting of shareholders;

  • Meeting of Members means an annual meeting of members or a special meeting of members;

  • special meeting of shareholders means a meeting of any particular class or classes of shareholders and a meeting of all shareholders entitled to vote at any annual meeting of shareholders at which special business is to be transacted.

  • Meeting means any meeting of:

  • Virtual Meeting means any general meeting of the Shareholders (or any meeting of the holders of any Class of Shares) at which the Shareholders (and any other permitted participants of such meeting, including without limitation the chairman of the meeting and any Directors) are permitted to attend and participate solely by means of Communication Facilities.

  • physical meeting means a general meeting held and conducted by physical attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies at the Principal Meeting Place and/or where applicable, one or more Meeting Locations;

  • Annual Meeting means the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Company.

  • special meeting in lieu of an annual meeting means a special meeting called by Directors for the purpose of electing Directors in the event that an annual meeting is not held on or before such date as may be required by the NYSE Amex, New York Stock Exchange or such other exchange or trading system on which shares are principally traded, if applicable.

  • Special Meeting means a special meeting of the holders of Voting Shares, called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of approving a supplement or amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 5.4(b);

  • Board Meeting means a meeting of the Board;

  • Chairman means the Chairman of the Board;

  • Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board;

  • Managing Directors means Mrs Maria Chr. van der Sluijs-Plantz, Mrs Thérèse F.C. Wijnen and Mr Hubertus P.C. Mourits or such other person(s) who may be appointed as Managing Director(s) of the Issuer from time to time.

  • Resolution of Directors means either:

  • Inaugural Meeting means the first meeting of a newly elected BOARD to be held following a municipal election and the commencement of the term of office;

  • General Meeting means the annual or any special general meeting of the Association.

  • Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Meeting Date means the date on which the Meeting is held in accordance with the Meeting Order.

  • Court Meeting means the meeting(s) of the Scheme Shareholders to be convened by order of the Court pursuant to section 896 of the Companies Act, notice of which will be set out in the Scheme Document, for the purpose of approving the Scheme, including any adjournment thereof;

  • Vice-Chairperson means the Vice-Chairperson of the Board.

  • College President means the chief executive officer of the college appointed by the board of trustees.

  • Directors means the directors for the time being of the Company.

  • Chair means the chair of the Board;

  • Presidential slate means a slate of two persons, the first of whom has been

  • adjourned meeting means the meeting to which a meeting is adjourned under Article 8.6 or 8.9;

  • Chairman of the Board means the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation.
