Meeting Materials definition

Meeting Materials means this Circular, the form of proxy and the Letter of Transmittal
Meeting Materials means the Noteholders’ Notice and Shareholders’ Notices, this Circular and the forms of proxy being mailed to Shareholders and Noteholders herewith.
Meeting Materials means this Circular, together with the Notice of Meeting, form of proxy accompanying this Circular and Letter of Transmittal.
