Meeting Fee definition

Meeting Fee means the fee established by the Board in accordance with Section 5.1 and paid to an Outside Director for each attendance at a meeting of the Board of Directors (including telephonic meetings but excluding execution of unanimous written consents).
Meeting Fee means the amount of compensation, other than the Annual Fee, set by the Board from time to time as payable to a Director (including, without limitation, fees for attending meetings of the Board) as set forth in the Program and on the terms and subject to the conditions stated in this Plan, subject to reduction for any portion thereof that a Director elects to defer as provided in this Plan.
Meeting Fee means the amount of compensation paid by PG&E CORP to a Director for his or her attendance and services at a meeting of the Board of Directors or any committee thereof. A Meeting Fee shall not include (i) any Retainer Fee, or (ii) any reimbursement by PG&E CORP of expenses incurred by a Director incidental to attendance at a meeting of the Board of Directors or of a committee thereof or of any other expense incurred on behalf of PG&E CORP.

  • The Drainage Authority acknowledges and agrees that the Landowners’ Meeting Fee shall automatically be revised without the Drainage Authority’s consent, to the Company’s then current fee amount, in the event it takes longer than twelve (12) months after submission of the Viewer’s Report to the Drainage Authority, to hold the Landowners’ Meeting.

More Definitions of Meeting Fee

Meeting Fee means a payment made to an appointee as remuneration for attending a board meeting or board committee meeting, or for other meetings and/or work undertaken attending to the business of the board.
Meeting Fee means the amount of compensation paid by the Corporation to a Director for his or her attendance and services at a meeting of the Board of Directors or any committee thereof. A Meeting Fee shall not include (i) any Retainer Fee, (ii) any reimbursement by the Corporation of expenses incurred by a Director incidental to attendance at a meeting of the Board of Directors or of a committee thereof or of any other expense incurred on behalf of the Corporation, or (iii) any amount payable with respect to services rendered prior to January 1, 1997.
Meeting Fee means the fee paid to an Outside Director for attendance at each meeting of the Board of Directors and each meeting of any Committee of the Board of Directors, but shall not include the additional fee paid to a Committee Chairman.
