Medication aide definition

Medication aide means an individual who holds a current, valid certificate issued under this chapter that authorizes the individual to administer medication in accordance with section 4723.67 of the Revised Code;
Medication aide means a nursing assistant who has had additional training in the administration of medications and is registered with the Department pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 23-17.9 and rules and regulations pertaining to Rhode Island Certificates of Registration for Nursing Assistants, Medication Aides, and the Approval of Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide Training Programs (Part 05-22 of this Chapter).
Medication aide means an individual who has a medication aide certificate issued by the Kansas department of health and environment according to K.A.R. 28-39-169b and is supervised by a licensed nurse.
