Event of withdrawal of a general partner means an event that causes a person to cease to be a general partner as provided in section 402.
Disability Support Pension means the Commonwealth pension scheme to provide income security for persons with a disability as provided under the Social Security Act 1991, as amended from time to time, or any successor to that scheme.
