Medical Waste Law definition

Medical Waste Law means the following, including regulations promulgated and orders issued thereunder, all as may be amended from time to time: the MWTA; the U.S. Public Vessel Medical Waste Anti-Dumping Act of 1988, 33 USCA §§2501 et seq.; the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, 33 USCA §§1401 et seq.; the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 USCA §§651 et seq.; the United States Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute for Occupational Self-Safety and Health Infectious Waste Disposal Guidelines, Publication No. 88-119; and any other federal, state, regional, county, municipal, or other local laws, regulations, and ordinances insofar as they purport to regulate Medical Waste, or impose requirements relating to Medical Waste.
Medical Waste Law means the Medical Waste Tracking Act of 1988, as amended, the U.S. Public Vessel Medical Waste Anti-Dumping Act of 1988, 33 U.S.C.A. xx.xx. 2501, et seq., the Marine Protection, Research and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, 33 U.S.C.A. xx.xx. 1401, et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C.A. xx.xx. 651, et seq., the United States Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute for Occupational Self-Safety and Health Infectious Waste Disposal Guidelines, Publication No. 88-119, all regulations and orders issued pursuant to any of the foregoing, and any other federal, state, regional, county, municipal or other local laws, regulations and ordinances insofar as they purport to regulate Medical Waste or impose requirements relating to Medical Waste.
Medical Waste Law means any Laws that regulate Medical Waste, or impose requirements relating to Medical Waste, including (A) the Medical Waste Tracking Act of 1988, 42 U.S.C. Sections 6992, et seq.; (B) the U.S. Public Vessel Medical Waste Anti-Dumping Act of 1988, 33 USCA Sections 2501 et seq.; (C) the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, 33 USCA Sections 1401 et seq.; (D) the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 USCA Sections 651 et seq.; and (E) the United States Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute for Occupational Self Safety and Health Infectious Waste Disposal Guidelines, Publication No. 88 119.

Medical Waste Law means the following, including regulations promulgated and orders issued thereunder, all as may be amended from time to time: (i) the MWTA, (ii) the U.S. Public Vessel Medical Waste Anti-Dumping Act of 1988, 33 USCA §§2501 et seq., (iii) the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, 33 USCA §§1401 et seq., (iv) the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 USCA §§651 et seq., (v) the United States Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute for Occupational Self-Safety and Health Infectious Waste Disposal Guidelines, Publication No. 88-119, and (vi) any other federal, state, regional, county, municipal, or other local laws, regulations, and ordinances insofar as they purport to regulate Medical Waste, or impose requirements relating to Medical Waste.
Medical Waste Law shall the meaning referenced in Section 2.26.2 hereof.

Medical Waste Law means any Law pertaining to the generation, storage, treatment, disposal or other handling of Medical Waste, including the following Laws insofar as they impose requirements relating to Medical Waste: the MWTA; the U.S. Public Vessel Medical Waste Anti-Dumping Act of 1988, 33 U.S.C. §§2501 et seq.; the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act of 1972, 33 U.S.C. §§1401 et seq.; the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 29 U.S.C. §§651 et seq.; and the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institute for Occupational Self-Safety and Health Infectious Waste Disposal Guidelines, Publication No. 88-119.
